Due to the participation of new vendors, CINS is now able to offer discounted pricing on computers and computer peripherals to students, faculty and staff.
PROSYS (HP AND Toshiba computers)

Instructions: To access the PROSYS personal purchase website for Columbus State University you will need the following login information:
- Username: csu
- Password: cougars
This will bring you to the account setup page. Enter the information requested and it will create your own account with your personal USERNAME and PASSWORD.
After you have setup your account, you can email Tricia Forestier who is the PROSYS rep that will work with you to purchase the notebook or desktop computer that you want. Tricia’s contact info is listed on the personal purchases web site.
HP personal purchases (higher education)
Instructions: Once you are on the HP Higher Education web site you may purchase from the special package deals shown under the Notebook Bundles, Desktop Bundles and Options & Accessories. You may also click on the top left hand side bar “Shop here for the big deals on campus” to access the HP Campus Advantage Store where you can select from “Campus Advantage Store Standards”.
To set up your personal HP account, click on left hand side bar “Get hot technology at cool prices”. Choose “Sign up Now” this takes you the Academic Purchase Program. Go to “New Customer Registration” and click on student, faculty or staff, then click Continue. Enter Columbus under city and select GA from drop down box for state, then click SEARCH. Click the drop down box under “Select You School” and choose CSU. This brings you to the account setup screen where you create your personal account.
