Software installation request

• Procedures for Requesting Software Programs (PDF) in classroom or open labs
• All software installed in public or classroom labs must be licensed.
• Departments must provide proof of software licenses prior to any installation in a computer lab.
• Software for computer labs must be fully tested by CINS in order to ensure the courseware does not compromise the availability of our standard software on the lab workstations. It is the responsibility of the department faculty requesting the software to thoroughly test the application on the test computer prior to deployment in the computer lab.
