Keys & lab security

We provide keys for faculty who reserve labs in Woodall Hall for the entire semester. For those who schedule labs periodically throughout the semester or on a one-time only basis, the labs will be opened by the CINS lab assistants.

NOTE: Please return your lab key to Kay Jenkins at the end of each semester unless you have a Woodall Hall computer lab reserved for the following semester.

Faculty Agreement for Keys:

I have accepted the CSU lab key and agree to the following terms with my signature. (key form must be completed with faculty/staff signature)

• I have been given a key for the semester to open the computer labs on the days I am instructing.
• I take responsibility for opening and locking the lab and for the security of the room.
• I take responsibility for making sure all computers are turned off when leaving the lab.
• I agree to turn the key back in to Kay Jenkins, room CCT 125 at the end of each semester unless I have a Woodall Lab scheduled for the next semester.
