IT Strategic Planning

Goals:
a. Develop Mission, Vision and Values of CINS
b. Establish the goals to reach the Vision

IT Benchmarking

Goals:
a. Develop a set of performance standards for IT systems and Networks
b. Define Key Performance Indicators
c. Identify Tools and Methods for measurements

Performance Evaluation Process and Professional Development for IT staff

Goals:
a. To review the current performance evaluation process and make recommendations
b. Identify professional development resources and establish a request and approval process

Fun and Social

Goals:
a. Create a FUN work environment
b. Create plan for celebrating/rewarding success
